Welcome!

How can you teach your child not to lie? Why is your infant crying all the time? Is your child eating healthy?
So many questions...if only there were others who went through the same struggles as I am! But wait...there are millions of them! :)

Parenthood is not something invented in our technology-filled, fast-food-invaded and ever-so-warming world. Believe it or not, it was happening 10,000 years ago and even before that! :) We have it in ourselves to raise our children, we just need to learn from errors of the past and provide the best care our kids can get.

They say it's good to learn from your own mistakes, but I think it's better to learn from the mistakes of others. Apart of the obvious reason of not having to pay for the mistake, there is one more advantage of opening your ears to what others have to say: you will never have time to make all the mistakes that millions can make and thus, the knowledge pool increases exponentially.

With this in mind, I decided to start this blog, hoping it will create enough interest and involvement from you, so you can share some of your experiences (good or bad) of raising your children. Of course, no one knows better than yourself what's best for your kids, but I believe there are a lot of things we can learn from our community. I encourage you to share your thoughts, suggest discussion topics, ask questions or simply agree or disagree with other contributors.

I'm looking forward for our exchange of ideas and experiences. Keep close!
Jane.
